Account Manager, CSIS Security Group

Are you motivated by building strong customer relationships and creating new business opportunities in a market with growing demand? This is an opportunity to join one of the Nordic region’s leading cybersecurity specialists and play a central role in its continued growth journey.

betterpeople A/S is recruiting on behalf of CSIS Security Group for an Account Manager.

CSIS Security Group

CSIS is a leading cybersecurity specialist with a strong Nordic foundation and international reach. The company continues to grow at a pace that exceeds the market year after year, helping organisations prevent, detect, and respond to cyber threats in a world where security has never been more critical.

Since its establishment in 2001, CSIS has built a strong market position through deep expertise, uncompromising quality, and close customer relationships. Today, the company serves as a trusted advisor to both private and public sector organisations seeking specialist cybersecurity expertise.

The culture is defined by ambition, collaboration, and a strong belief that the best results are achieved together. People work closely across the organisation, support one another, and share both successes and challenges. At the same time, there is a high degree of autonomy, short decision-making processes, and plenty of opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

Based at CSIS’ headquarters in Copenhagen, this role offers the opportunity to work alongside some of the industry’s leading specialists in an ambitious and fast-growing organisation.

The Role as Account Manager

As Account Manager, you will play a key role in CSIS’ continued growth journey. You will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers while acting as an important ambassador for the company’s services and expertise in the market.

The role combines new business development with strategic account management, giving you ownership of the entire sales process – from initial dialogue and needs assessment to negotiation, contract signing, and the long-term development of customer relationships. You will work closely with CSIS’ technical specialists and consultants to ensure customers receive the high level of quality and advisory services for which the company is known.

In a world where organisations can no longer rest assured that traditional security measures are enough, cybersecurity has become a strategic priority for executive teams and boards alike. As a trusted advisor, you will help customers understand their risks, strengthen their security posture, and make informed decisions in an increasingly complex threat landscape.

The role offers a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, providing an excellent opportunity to influence both your own success and the continued growth of the business.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in complex B2B sales and is comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders. At the same time, you are recognised for your ability to build trust, understand customer challenges, and translate their needs into value-creating solutions.

You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner, take ownership of your responsibilities, and thrive in an environment where collaboration, expertise, and ambition go hand in hand.

Experience from the cybersecurity industry is an advantage, but equally important is a strong commercial mindset, the ability to navigate complex sales environments, and a genuine passion for building long-term customer relationships.

Why Join CSIS?

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a company characterised by strong growth, ambitious goals, and a willingness to invest in both people and business development.
